Walk In Shower Conversion in Chelsea, Alabama
On this project we partnered with Home Doctor Handyman Services. Local Chelsea Resident and located in Chelsea, Alabama. This can make these types of projects stress-free for the homeowner. We're able to coordinate and streamline for a smooth build.
We started the project by getting the existing plumbing temporarily capped off. This would ensure protection of the plumbing system during the demo process. Once the walls were opened up and the tub was removed we were ready to begin the new plumbing rough installation. The tub drain was changed to a shower drain and relocated to the center of the shower opening. Next we installed a new shower valve and diverter for a handheld shower on a slide bar. New shower pan liner was installed. Followed up with checking our work for leaks. After a little clean up we were done. Next step is sheetrock and tile. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!
