Water Main Repair in Inverness Neighborhood in Birmingham, Alabama
Our client called with some concerns about a high water bill and standing water inside the water meter box.
We put this as a priority and put them on our schedule with first availability.
After arriving and little troubleshooting there was definitely a leak close to the meter. We carefully put down a tarp so we could remove the grass separately from the dirt. After a bit of hand digging the leak was exposed. Since Got Plumber? is a rolling Supply House with a fully stocked truck we were able to get the water back on with little down time.
Once we were certain the leak was fixed we backfilled the hole and replaced the grass as if we were never there. Homeowner was happy and gave us the opportunity to resolve some other plumbing issues at the residence.
